This notice describes the publication’s current functions. External services handle their own accounts, uploads, payments and privacy practices.
What the current publication does
Hitomila provides static editorial pages. The current configuration has no visitor account system, upload form, payment checkout, advertising pixel or analytics script. The site does not operate an image generator or collect artwork inputs for another provider.
Reading a page still creates network requests. Hosting infrastructure can process an IP address, requested URL, response details and browser headers to deliver content and diagnose problems. This notice does not claim zero logging or an unverified hosting-retention period. Privacy questions can use the privacy contact .
Age cookie and external page resources
When an adult chooses to continue through the age notice, the site sets a session cookie named
hitomila_age
with the value
18
. It remembers the declared choice during the browser session. It is not identity verification, does not contain a birth date and is not an advertising profile. Browser session restoration can affect how session cookies persist.
Cookie controls
The styles load fonts from Fontshare and its delivery infrastructure. Those requests can reveal ordinary network information to the resource provider. No claim is made here about that provider’s retention. Browser cookie controls can remove the age cookie; the notice may then appear again. There are no optional analytics cookies in the current site code.
Provider links and correspondence
Sponsored links redirect to external providers and can include affiliate identifiers. The current site has no first-party click database or visitor analytics dashboard. The destination can apply its own cookies and process account, upload or transaction information under its own policy. Read the funding disclosure before choosing a service.
If you email a published contact, the message and reply details are information you choose to send for that request. Include only what identifies the concern; avoid intimate files and unrelated documents. You can ask about the handling of correspondence through the privacy contact.
Requests, applicable rights and updates
Use Privacy enquiries to identify a privacy concern and the relevant interaction. Where applicable privacy law provides access, correction, deletion or opt-out rights, the request must be handled under that law and its conditions. The California Attorney General’s guidance explains California rights and the businesses to which they apply; it does not by itself determine this publication’s legal classification. The current site code has no advertising profile marketplace or cross-context advertising system. Do not read that statement as an audit of external merchants.
