The publication’s current content role
Hitomila publishes editorial guides and character illustrations. It does not accept uploads, host third-party anime or manga libraries, distribute game files or operate an image generator. The existing public artwork is presented as illustration, not as a record of performances or provider output tests.
This description records site functions. It is not a legal opinion about the application of US recordkeeping law to every image, affiliate creative or future change. The terms and editorial method describe the publication’s broader scope separately.
The legal framework needs the actual content context
The definitions and recordkeeping provisions in 28 CFR Part 75 distinguish roles and requirements by the relevant production and publication activity. The actual depictions, their source and contractual arrangements matter to a legal assessment.
No unverified classification is asserted
No verified primary-producer, secondary-producer or exempt-publisher classification has been supplied for this project.
